In alignment with its Vision 2040 and National Development Plan III (NDP III), the Government of Uganda continues to prioritize investments in education, urban sanitation, and smart infrastructure. Through the relevant council NEPC, ministries and public institutions — including the Ministry of Education and Sports, Ministry of Local Government, and the Ministry of Works and Transport — the government is engaging private contractors for the supply and delivery of critical equipment aimed at supporting digital learning, urban cleanliness, and waste management.
